    A multi-year pre-paid subscription allows you to pay your Donorfy subscription up front for a 3, 4 or 5 year period, and have a discount of up to 5%.

  • How much does Donorfy cost?
    That depends on the number of constituents you have! Pricing scales with your constituent count and depends on the plan you choose. Just use the sliders in the table above to calculate your cost.

  • What are constituents?
    Donorfy pricing is volume-based: meaning you pay for Donorfy according to the number of constituents in your Donorfy system.

  • Do you charge for the Gift Aid claim service?
    No, it's included in the price of Donorfy Starter, Professional and Enterprise editions.

  • Is training included?
    Customers will have access to the Donorfy Academy, Knowledge Base and Customer Support.

  • Can we upgrade to Professional or Enterprise?
    Yes, when you want to upgrade just let us know and we'll get your subscription set up.

  • How and when do I start to pay my Donorfy subscription?
    Billing is automated and invoiced on the 1st of the month in arrears.

  • Do I need to give payment information when taking out a trial?
    No payment information is required for the free trial.

  • Can Donorfy be used by organisations outside the UK?
    Yes, you can use Donorfy outside the UK, but some functionality may be country-specific.

  • Does Donorfy charge VAT?
    Yes – VAT is collected at the standard rate unless you don’t need to.

  • Do you charge for online donations?
    No, but payment gateways may retain transaction processing fees.
